Shipping Policy



We ship via Australia Post regular airmail service which does not include tracking. Delivery times vary from 3-13 business days depending on which country you live in. If your item hasn't arrived after 20 business days we resend your item.



RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES


Returns Policy

If something isn’t right, we are happy to accept a return subject to this Returns Policy.
Faulty
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will exchange the item or refund the product and shipping cost. To receive a replacement product or refund you will need to provide sufficient proof of the fault or return the item within a reasonable time. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Sufficient proof of the fault can be provided by photo documenting the fault and sending it to our office admin. If you do choose to return the item you will incur the shipping costs associated with the item return unless otherwise arranged prior with Freetii management.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase subject to the following conditions: If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the refund conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

How to Return
1. Contact Freetii management prior to sending the item to request a return form. 2. Complete the return form. 3. Pack the item(s) for return. Put a postage label on the front, and don’t forget to include the return form. 4. Processing. Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund will appear in your account in about 3-5 days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.
